Welcome to the Djiwa platform. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website [https://djiwa.com.my/], as well as purchases made through it.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website. Customers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to make a purchase.

Products & Services

Djiwa specializes in men’s seasonal apparel, with a focus on crafting with attention to detail and quality.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and sizing information. Slight variations in colour, texture, or embroidery may occur due to natural characteristics of materials or display differences.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or payment authorization issues.

If an order is cancelled after payment, no refund will be issued, as outlined below.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Ringgit Malaysia and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated. Payment details must be accurate, and customers must be authorized to use the selected payment method.

International Shipping & Delivery (Limited Countries)

We provide delivery to Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia only, subject to courier availability and local import regulations.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or peak periods such as Hari Raya.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the provided address.

Exchanges & Refunds

All sales are final. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
We offer size exchanges only, under the following conditions:
• Exchanges are strictly limited to the same product, colour, and design
• Requests to change colour or design are not permitted
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags intact
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are encouraged to contact our Customer Support team for assistance with size exchanges. If the requested size is unavailable, we may decline the exchange request.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including images, text, graphics, and designs, is owned by Djiwa and may not be used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for dissatisfaction related to size preference, colour perception, or design selection once an order has been confirmed. Our total liability, if any, is limited to the original purchase price of the item.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.

Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect operational or legal changes. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
