Customers are welcome to contact us for guidance and assistance with size exchanges, as described in our policies.
Customer Support Availability
Our Customer Support team is available to assist with:
• Product information and sizing guidance
• Order and delivery enquiries
• Size exchange requests
Support is available from Monday to Friday, from 8AM to 7PM via djiwagroup@yahoo.com or djiwa.my on TikTok and Instagram with a response time of 2 business days.
Pre-Purchase Guidance
We provide detailed sizing charts, fit recommendations, and product descriptions to help customers make informed decisions.
While we are happy to offer guidance, final decisions on size, colour, and design remain the responsibility of the customer. Refunds and design changes are not permitted, so we encourage careful review before purchase.
Size Exchange Support
We assist customers with size exchanges only, under the following conditions:
• Exchanges are limited to the same item, colour, and design
• Requests to change colour or design will not be accepted
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all tags intact
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are encouraged to contact Customer Support for assistance.
Delivery Support
Delivery support is provided for shipments to Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia, subject to courier availability and local import regulations.
Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or any additional charges imposed by the destination country.
Respectful Engagement
We value courteous and professional communication. We reserve the right to limit or decline service in cases involving abusive behaviour, repeated policy misuse, or unreasonable demands.
