No-Refund Policy
All sales are final, and refunds are not available under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
This applies to all products, including seasonal, promotional, and limited-edition collections.
Size Exchange Policy
Customers may request a size exchange under the following conditions:
• Exchanges are limited to the same product, colour, and design only
• Requests to change colour or design will not be accepted
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags intact
• Exchange requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery
All exchanges are subject to stock availability. Customers are encouraged to contact Customer Support to initiate exchanges.
Defective Items
If an item is found to be defective, customers must notify Customer Support within 2 days of delivery, providing clear photographs and order details.
Verified defective items may be replaced with the same size, product, colour, and design. Refunds will not be issued.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with size exchanges, unless otherwise stated.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
International Orders
This policy applies to orders shipped to Singapore, Brunei, and Indonesia. Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
